The show had a theme of ‘let the game of love begin again’ and featured 18 contestants, including 9 boys and 9 girls. As These contestants came from different backgrounds and parts of India and were selected through auditions and interviews. And, The show was filmed in a luxurious villa in Kerala, India, and followed the same format as the previous seasons. The contestants were initially divided into two groups, boys and girls. And competed in various tasks and challenges to win immunity and stay in the game.

This season was filmed in Goa and premiered on MTV India on November 12, 2022. But, the show is also available for digital streaming on Voot. Unlike previous seasons, this season features two separate islands for boys and girls.
