The story of the Kundali Bhagya serial starts with two sisters, Preeta Arora and Srishti Arora who moved to another city from their family after the death of their father. They were in search of their mother who lived in Mumbai and then there they started their lives. Preeta was a Doctor in a Hospital and then a rich family made her as their doctor to take care of Bani Luthra. The youngest son of the Luthra family is Karana and he is a famous cricket star. Karan is kinda like Preeta and they come close to each other during the treatment of Bani Luthra.
Karana and Preeta decided to get married and they came to know about the relationship of Smeer the elder son of that family and Srishti Arora. Many misunderstandings are produced among them. After some time all the truth came out and then Karan wanted to marry Preeta. They got married. Their marriage life is running amazingly.
Luthra’s family misunderstands that Preesha is pregnant and she also agrees with them because she doesn’t want to make them sad. But the truth came they were disappointed with her. Karan fake accident news spread out in the family to reunite them again.
