Kundali Bhagya Serial Written Story:

Zee Tv’s Kundali Bhagya is an Indian drama television series. It premiered on 17 July 2017 on Zee TV. The story starts with the cute fights between Preeta and Karan who later falls in love and comes through all odds together. It is produced by Ekta Kapoor. The main leads are Shraddha Arya and she is a Doctor known as Preeta. Meanwhile Dheeraj Dhoopar is also famous for his best acting in Sherdil Shergill serial but here he has also won hearts with his Character Karan Luthra.

Arora sisters Preeta and Srishti leave their hometown Nasik to reunite with their mother Sarla Arora. Their father before his death advised them to go there. The sisters with a destiny leading them to a rich and well-off family “The Luthra”. Preeta is appointed as a Physiotherapist to their matriarch, Bani Luthra. The main family member of the Luthra family is Rishabh, a very decent and hardworking business tycoon, the eldest grandson of Buni Luthra. Karan is Rishabh’s youngest brother and is a cricket star.  Preeta enters in the family and receives a warm welcome from everyone except Karan and Kareena. Karan at first dislikes Preeta but later falls for each other.

Preeta tries to expose Sherlyn but failed:

Rishabh develops one-sided feelings for Preeta (Kundali Bhagya). But when the Marriage proposal comes for Rishabh from Sherlyn. She is the daughter of Kareena’s friend. Finally, Rishabh agrees due to Kareena’s emotional blackmailing and both get engaged in a lavish ceremony. But Sherlyn already has affair with Prithvi. She only wants Rishabh’s wealth.  Karan and Preeta learn the truth and joins hand to expose Sherlyn and Prithvi. Shristi also joins them.

Despite all the efforts, they marry. And Karan vows to Preeta as Sherlyn lies to him that Preeta gets money from her to not expose her. Mahesh comes to know the truth but before exposing Sherlyn he met an accident and falls into a coma. Sherlyn blames Preeta for this accident so the whole family starts hating Preeta.

Preeta and Karan’s marriage:

Preeta’s wedding fix with Prithvi. On the wedding day, Karan takes Prithvi’s place and married her without her knowledge. After marriage, Angry Karan confesses how much he hates her and leaves her on the road. Kareena fixes her marriage with her childhood friend Mahira. But this time Preeta by taking Mahira’s place remarries him. After a series of events, they find true love in each other. Enemies start creating hurdles for them and keep them apart. Prithvi marries Karitika by manipulating her through his mind game.

3 months later

Furthermore, Preeta discovers that she’s pregnant with Karan’s child. Karan’s college friend arrives to invite Luthra’s family to her wedding. Preeta visits the hospital where she finds out that her pregnancy is false and was convinced by Sonakshi that she will never conceive.  She gets heartbroken and tells Karan. Karan was shocked to hear this but still consoles Preeta. Sonakshi’s wedding rituals start but Rajat her fiancé breaks the wedding because he finds out that Sonakshi already has a daughter.  Sonakshi confesses that Karan is the father of her child. It left everyone shocked including Priya but later Preeta resolves the situation.

Preeta leaves Luthra’s house

Karan and Preeta adopt a girl, Pihu. Sonakshi comes back into their life and says that Pihu is her and Karan;’s daughter. Sonakshi and Sherlyn join hands to tease Preeta. Preeta reveals the affair of Prithvi and Sherlyn. Rishabh decides to end his marriage with her. On the other hand, Rishabh was charged with attempting murder by Sandeep and Prithvi.

But later Prithvi was exposed by Preeta to the Luthra family and was arrested. Prithvi now wants to take revenge on Preeta. Rishbah ends his marriage with Sherlyn and moved out of the house. Sonakshi kidnaps Pihu and unfortunately, Pihu dies. Sonakshi made believe everyone that Preeta is responsible for Pihu’s death. Preeya was thrown out of the house. Sonakshi now thinks that it will be very easy for her to get Karan now. But Karan kicked her for forcing him to marry her. Preeta starts to live in Banglore along with her grandmother

Kundali Bhagya to Take a 2-Year Leap:

2 years later, Preeta comes back to Mumbai and start working as a physiotherapist at a clinic. She meets Mahesh who is admitted to a medical institution where she comes to know how Prithvi has captured Luthra’s property. This all shook her and this is when she decides to return back to Luthra’s house. Here she comes to know about Rishabh who is stuck in Dubai due to a case against him. It all was done by Prithvi and Sherlyn. After a series of events, Preeta finally resolves all the issues and was accepted as a Daughter in law in Luthra’s family. They all start to live like happy families. But the real trial comes when Karan was pushed off by a dam and presumed to be dead. Later, Rishabh decides to marry Preeta. So he can help her and his brother’s child with a paternal identity.

Karan Returns Back:

5 years later Preeta has now a baby girl, Kavya. Though, Rishabh and Preeto only had this marriage to keep their baby’s life easy. Karan is seen to be alive but he has forgotten everything and has done plastic surgery. His new name is Arjun Suryavanshi and is engaged to Nidhi. He regains his memory. He got angry and hurt after seeing Preeta and Rishabh together and thinks Kavya is their daughter. Now he believes that Rishabh and Preeta tried to kill him and he wants to destroy both of them. To fulfill his wish, he takes over Luthra’s mansion. Preeta gets a lot of clues that Arjun is Karan. So, when he offers her to marry him, in turn, he will allow the family members to live here. She agrees with that and the story moves on.

Finally, Karan’s reality is exposed and everyone learns Arjun is Karan. Prita and Rishabh prove their innocence to Karan by showing him CCTV footage of the dam on the day of the accident. Karan and Preeta reunite. Preeta is blessed with twin sons, Rudraksh and Shiriya. But one of their sons was kidnapped by their enemy. Preeta and Karan meet in an accident. Karan falls into a coma whereas Preeta manages to escape in order to save his son but Family members of Luthra’s house misunderstand her and blame her for everything Sristi separates from Sameer for Luyhra’s mistreatment of Preeta. Preeta leaves Luthra’s mansion with Rudraksha and Srishti but everyone presumes her to be dead.

Kundali Bhagya to Take a Leap: 20 years later

Rudraskh who was renamed Rajveer by Shrishti is a grown-up boy now. Rajveer thinks that Shrishti is his mother as Preeta is still traumatized by past events. Rajveer is kind-hearted whereas Shaurya lives with Luthra and is over-pampered. Karan has become a business tycoon. Rajveer finally learns that Preeta is his biological mother and also what Luthra did to her. He moves to Mumbai with Preeta.
