Casting
Initially, Harshad Arora was in talks to play male lead, but later backed out due to his prior commitments. Kaveri Priyam and Paras Arora were signed as the lead. Pankaj Berry was cast to portray father opposite Ravi Gossain and Sandeep Baswana. In December 2022, Abhishek Sharma was cast to portray Aditya.

The series was announced by Rashmi Sharma Telefilms in September 2022 and was confirmed in October 2022 by Sony SAB.The series is set in Amritsar, Punjab and mainly shot at the Film City, Mumbai.

Story
The story is revolves around the sikh family” Barar family”. They lives in a village, Hoshiarpur ,Punjab. Dilpreet singh has two sons , Mandeep ( Maan) barar and Randeep (Rana ) bara. Dilpreet has dream to make his elder son Maan a doctor and also build a hospital in his village by the name ” Maan hospital”. He sent his son Maan to America to complete his studies and return as a doctor. Before the Maan went to America, Dilpreet promised his Friend Kushwant singh that when Maan will return, Maan will marriage kushwant’s sister.
The incident happened and Maan has to marriage with Aastha , Gojrati doctor. When Maan returned after long time with his newly married wife . Dilpreet singh hurt by Maan marriage and sent him out of the house without listening him. As Dilpreet broke his promise kushwant singh become his worse enemy. Then kushwant singh plan to sanatch Dilpreet ‘s land, on which dilpreet dreamt to make hospital, so dilpreet also face pain as kushwant is feeling.
Rana barar express his desire to go American to his father, but Dilpreet became angery and throw the scholarship papers of Rana. At this , Rana left the house and went to Dehli.
After 25 years later, their is entry of second generation, Amrita barar the daughter of Mandeep and Aadtha. Riya the daughter of Randeep and Nimrit , Veet Malhotra the adopted son of dilpreet and sanjot barar. Veer has deep desire to unite the barar family.
Amerita barar come to Hoshiarpur,to approve his research paper without informe to his father Mandeep. Accidentally she meet to riya and veer at airport, Veer droped her to hotel and give her his contact number. While entering the hotel ,Amrita barar lost his bage and all documents. She make call to veer and finally,veet bring him to His house which is basically also Amrita’s grandfather house.
Riya barar , who has feelings for veer , become uncomfortable to see Amrita with veer. Riya is unhappy from the amrita livings in her grandfather’s house. Veer find out lost bages of Amrita and come to know the reality that she is member of Barar family. Veer think it as good chance to rejoin barar family.
While living within barar house, Amerita also begin to develop feelings for veer. But Amerita barar come to know about Riya barar feeling for Veer.The story is amazing as there is love hidden behind the hate within the heart of every family member.
